By accessing and using PairProgramming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you will not be able to access our services.

PairProgramming provides software development services that include but are not limited to: • Web and mobile application development • Technology consulting • UX/UI design • Maintenance and support • System integration Services are delivered according to the agreed specifications in each proposal.

• The source code and developed products will be the client's property upon full payment. • PairProgramming retains the right to use the project as part of its portfolio. • Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools are subject to their respective licenses. • The client guarantees they own the rights to any provided content.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the project: • Technical and business information • Commercial strategies • User and customer data • Any information marked as confidential This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after the project is completed.

• Prices are set in the initial proposal and may be adjusted due to scope changes. • A 50% deposit is required to start the project. • The remaining balance is paid according to established milestones. • Monthly billing for long-term projects. • Prices do not include applicable taxes.

PairProgramming guarantees: • Code quality and development standards • Adherence to agreed deadlines • Functionality as per specifications • Post-launch support for 90 days We are not liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of unsupported data • Third-party service providers • Undisclosed changes in requirements

• The client may cancel the project at any time. • The down payment is non-refundable once development has begun. • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. • In the event of cancellation by our side, unused payments will be refunded.

• Any changes to the scope require written approval. • Changes may impact the project's timeline and cost. • A quote will be provided for significant changes. • Minor changes are handled within the current sprint.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Argentine Republic.
